What type of payments do you take?

Squarespace allows the use of PayPal and Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, I am only shipping in the U.S.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days unless notified otherwise. You will receive confirmation emails when your order has been placed and when your order has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order after it is shipped?

Your order should arrive in 1-2 weeks. If you do not receive your order in 2 weeks, email me at cassandrabyard@insomniacillustrations.com, and I will investigate.

What do I do if my order is damaged/missing?

I take great care in preparing your order to arrive safely and in excellent condition, but some things are out of my control. If your order is missing, I suggest you contact your local U.S. post office and possibly your neighbors. If no resolutions are made, email me and we can work towards a solution.

Can I return/exchange my order?

I do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, email me, and I will work to correct it.

How is my order packaged?

Prints, cards, and stickers all go into a suitably sized plastic, sealed sleeve before going into a rigid mailer. I do not roll my prints. They go into a sealed sleeve and are accompanied by cardboard backing before going into a rigid mailer.

Can I recycle your packaging?

I order most of my supplies from EcoEnclose for the purpose of being able to recycle the materials. If it is recyclable, the sleeve and mailer will have a written statement or logo for recycling. At the moment, the plastic sleeves for the 12” x 18” prints and labels are not recyclable.

Are your stickers waterproof?

I order from a couple of different manufacturers, but they all guarantee quality vinyl and weatherproof/waterproof attributes.
